This ensemble from Austria marks the bicentenary of the death of Joseph Haydn, one of the most

renowned and prolific composers in classical music, with two of his trios – No. 43 in C major,

Hob. XV:27 and No. 45 in E-flat major, Hob. XV:29 – along with a work they commissioned for this

anniversary year – Two Nguni Dances by South African-born composer Bongani Ndodana-Breen –

and the colossal Trio in E-flat major, Op. 100, by Schubert.
